PROFESSIONAL BIO

Brian is the son of a Retired Army Colonel that has been a soccer player, referee, or coach in some form for the last 30+ years.  He first started playing Club/Select soccer in the 4th grade in northern Virginia and really developed a passion for soccer while living  and playing in Germany for High School.  Brian is a graduate of Washington State University and is an avid supporter of the Seattle Sounders.  His wife Jennifer, is the registrar for the club and his daughter Lauren, attends Boulder Creek High School where she plays for the girls varsity golf team. He is currently an Account Director at Parsons Xtreme Golf where he also gets to enjoy his love of golf managing the PXG account.  It's soccer and golf day and night for the Huddleston's!

COACHING and playing

Brian began playing soccer in the first grade, and never really stopped!  He played on Club teams in the United States and Germany for his Elementary and Middle School years and was a Varsity soccer player all 4 years of High School in Germany.  After graduating from college, he continued playing in Adult leagues in the Seattle area but found coaching to be his true calling.

For the past 19 years, Brian has been coaching at either the Recreational or Club level in Washington and Arizona.  Equally adept at coaching Boys or Girls or Academy or Select level teams, Brian brings a passion and love for the game that he tries to instill in his players.  He plays a very active role with Phoenix Rising/Arizona Revolution and served as acting Academy Director and Purchasing Coordinator in addition to coaching two teams our first two years of existence.
