The Elite division is for 11v11 teams. All teams in the Elite division will train 3 nights a week, play 6-8 tournaments . Elite division teams can expect out of state tournaments, plus State Cup or Presidents Cup. At U13 & U14 the focus is still largely on player development. This is achieved through small group training with a functional emphasis. U15-U19 The game becomes more tactical, practice is more game like. Results and team standings become more important, but the way our Elite division teams achieve these results doesn't change. Our coaching staff will stay true to the PRFC Technical plan and our teams will achieve success playing soccer the right way!

• Players are selected at tryout to become a member of a age appropriate team with a Head Coach for the season.
• 3 scheduled 90 minute training sessions per week,  league play in either AZ state league or POSOL. 6-8 tournaments, some out of state. Plus AZ state cup or Presidents Cup
• Game format mandated by US Soccer – U11/12 - 9v9 and U13 and older – 11v11.
• Elite division players earn playing time with fine performances and commitment to training.  
• Parents order the PRFC Adidas Uniform package including, training uniform, home and away uniform, bag and tracksuit.
• Professionally coached following the Phoenix Rising Technical Plan.
• The season will be from August- May with a break over the Christmas holiday. U15 teams and older will play HS from December to early February . Players cannot play HS and club soccer
