2024-2025 Fee Structure

Registration Fee

The North Valley Region charges a one-time per seasonal year, non-refundable fee of $350. Payment of the Registration Fee must be made at the time the players are offered a roster spot and allows for participation in Club activities.


As part of participation within our club, we ask that families serve as volunteers. All registered players must pay an initial volunteer deposit of $100. Once you have completed the volunteer required hours, your $100 deposit will be refunded. 


If you are registering more than one player in your family this season, you will receive a $50 discount on the second, third and fourth child's registration fee.  Once all players in your family have been registered; please notify the BYGA Admin and your discount will be applied.

Note: Multiple Player discounts for Rising Stars program do not apply. 

Club Fee

Club Fees offset the expense of professional coaching, fields usage, insurance, and administration and operational support. Club Fees are set for each region and through our payment portal in BYGA offers payment plan options.  

*Club covers field training costs for Teams that train beyond April if they are participating in Regional competitions or DOC or club approved events.   Coaches are expected to run training sessions for these teams through May if applicable.

Phoenix Rising FC Youth Soccer reserves the right to adjust the Club Team Training Fees at any time.  

Team Fees

Team Fees (tournament registrations, Coach's travel expenses, league, equipment, and any other team related / team specific expenses) will be announced by the individual teams in June.  Each team is their own financial entity within Phoenix Rising FC Youth Soccer and their Team Manager, with guidance from the organization and Coach, sets the Team Fees budget for the season.  The team manager establishes a team bank account, collects each player’s Team Fees, and pays all team expenses. 

Uniform Costs

The uniform and professional appearance of the Phoenix Rising FC Youth Soccer Coaching Staff and our players represent the Club and what we stand for.  Uniform ordering is completed and paid for individually, online through our website portal with Ordering should not be completed until a player’s roster is assigned by the club coach.

The 2023-2024 season is the second year of a two-year uniform cycle for the Club. Players will wear uniforms manufactured by Adidas, a Club partner.  

The mandatory equipment required for each player includes:

Youth Academy & Junior Divisions (U12 and younger) - Black Socks, Black Shorts, Red Training Jersey, Black Game Jersey, White Game Jersey, Warm-Up Jacket, and Backpack.  

Elite Division (U13 and older) – White Socks, Black Socks, White Shorts, Black Shorts, Red Training Jersey, Black Game Jersey, White Game Jersey, Warm-Up Jacket, and Backpack.

For 2 of each item (Socks / Shorts / Red Training Jersey), 1 of each Game Jersey, 1 Warm-Up Jacket and 1 Backpack, we expect the following costs:

Youth Academy & Junior Divisions (U12 and younger)  

$243 - $ 258 + Tax & Shipping                 

Elite Division (U13 and older) 

$289 - $306 + Tax & Shipping

It is understood that individual costs may be higher or lower based on personal ordering preferences (quantities, sizes, optional items, etc . . .) and Goalkeeper uniform additions.
