Great credit for the foundation laid in the first two years resides firmly with the hard working, diligent and supportive Board of Directors.  I'm immensely proud of the caring and extremely professional coaching team and thankful for all the tremendous volunteers dedicating countless hours to create an excellent experience for our children.

As listed, we have made great progress in so many areas of the club's performance, including player and coach development and administration ... we will not rest in our pursuit of 'exceptionalism'.  Not everything we do meets our high standards, and I have been extremely appreciative of the positive and constructive feedback from our members.  I am available to meet or take a phone call if you have comments to share: dave@arizonarevolutionsc.com; 623-300-5400.

2019 is shaping up to be a very exciting ... I predict ... a most pivotal year in our club's history.  I hope you will join me and other members on January, 19, 2019 for an important announcement and a brief presentation about our future goals - click here to register.

In the Fall season I performed lead coaching roles with 3 teams/groups - 2006 Girls, 2010 Girls and Juniors - an experience I enjoyed immensely.  With a full coaching schedule in the Fall I was unable to observe, support and coach other players, teams and coaches.  To this end, we have made some coaching changes for the Spring.  This will mean I will have more time to support, evaluate and advise all the coaches ... and to offer some classroom sessions.

In closing, I'm extremely optimistic about the future of our club and I hope Arizona Revolution Soccer Club will continue to be part of your family life in 2019!
